The Videographer may use all or part of these video and photo materials for promotional purposes.
Terms & Conditions:
- Raw & Edited Cinematic Digital Film Highlights shall be turned over in USB Thumb-drive within 6 months (1st draft of Editor’s Cut) from the date of the event. 1 revision is allowed after the couple received the 1st draft of the Editor’s cut. Final edited full-length cinematic digital video will be delivered within 30 working days upon receipt of the approved revision.
- All post processed and raw (i.e., not blurred, under- or over-exposed) photos shall be turned over in USB Thumb-drive within 6 months from the date of the event. Photos will only be enhanced in terms of tones, color and exposure. NO PHOTO manipulation will be done (i.e, pimple and back ground removal, etc.).
- The client shall provide all meals during the pre-nuptial/debut shoots, wedding/debut/birthday preparations & reception.
- The client handles all the permits and reservation of the venue and electricity cost. Including the Barangay, Hotel, Venue, CAAP and Permit to Fly for Aerial Videography.
- Ownership & Rights to Photos / Videos shall remain with Orangedude Videography and Photography.
- 20% deposit upon reservation, confirmation & signing of contract (non-transferable nor refundable for canceled reservation by the client), to be deducted from the package. 30% on the Pre-Nuptial/Debut Shoot (Applicable only for packages with Pre-Nuptial/Debut Shoots). Remaining balance to be paid on the day of the event preferably in cash.
- Photobook shall be turned over 6 months from the date the client submitted their chosen photos for the photobook.
- FORCE MAJEURE: Orangedude Videography and Photography will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, g. Bad weather, accidents, interference from guests, calamities, etc.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT.
